Our experience here was outstanding! Makiah Is a very professional, impressive young man. We will be back because his kindness and professionalism.
Staff was limited, which I can understand on a Sunday, but very uneducated in promotions and deals etc. I received $180 trade in for a mint condition iPhone XR for the new iPhone 12 even though there were promos that i was eligible to receive up to $440 for it. Two days later my sister upgraded from the same phone as I had and received the promo of $440 no problem. Called TCC and was told there was nothing they could do to help and were very rude when answering my questions. I recommend going to another Verizon store if possible!
Be very careful here. They try to sell you stuff you don't need. Also slip things in (insurance) without your ok. Tried telling us we needed to upgrade our plan to access 5g. We didn't. Also slipped insurance into our plan that they told my wife was free. It isn't. Avoid this place
I went in to TCC with my wife to get new phones and also get on our own phone plan. It was definitely a lengthy process as we had to get my line released from my old family plan and set up a new Verizon account, but Jim made the whole experience fun. As soon as we walked in we could feel the welcoming and friendly environment. There was no pressure to buy anything, and I have never laughed so much while buying a phone. He is an awesome guy with a great sense of humor, and when our purchase was complete, we were sad to go. Thanks for all the help Jim!
11/10 Jim and his team are absolutely outstanding. Thank you so much for the wonderful customer service and knowledge helping us make the right decision on our new samsung phones and gear. Go see these guys!
