Kevin and Mallory are the greatest. So friendly and go above and beyond to meet the needs of the customer. I have had metro for a while and loved it. And I always used this store. Unfortunately I moved and no longer had service and to had switch. But Mallory worked really hard to get a refund for my phone's so I can go through a different company. I will miss metro and the wonderful employees at this store
Malloy was extremely friendly and very helpful. She is the best Helper and customer support person that I think that I've ever met. She worried about me being satisfied with my new phone and the product and the accessibility and even gave me a different phone number to reach her on her day off if I need any more help from her. She went above and beyond helping and she's just a really really awesome person. You guys a T-Mobile need to promote her to managing and helping a lot of people. She definitely deserves a higher pay grade. Like seriously she deserves a higher pay grade! You cant ask for a friendlier or more helpful person in any business.
Came to pay a bill. Lisa kindly took my pmnt while Mallory assisted customer. Both ladies great. Tried selling me everything. I will be back. Two ladies great service. They both were friendly and pushed may be back for speakers awesome selection
