I definitely love this Metro store compared to the ones on Washington Sq & Michigan Ave. The 2 men that I have dealt with on few occasions go above & beyond to help me out. There is no feeling like your getting ripped off, or being lied to because someone wants to take advantage of you. I got quick, easy service every time and deals for their products. So if you need a new phone or accessories for your phone, I highly recommend you going to this Metro store. And if you had bad service at another store, come see this guys at this store and you will walk out happy.
Shopping here for several years only store I really like to go to they know what they're doing. I was having trouble with an app that was really making it hard for me to do my job and they fixed it no problem.
Very friendly and helpful. I need my pin number and was able to get it quickly.
good people went here after visiting couple stores found the best deal. The staff is very knowledgeable.
If I could give no stars to this metro pcs I would and I would be careful and ask for a full receipt that shows everything that you payed for .... the manager here seems very nice and makes it out like he is giving you a deal while over charging. I caught this man in his lie and he admitted he was charging me for something he lied about .... also the own more then one store be careful with them.
