Not being from this area I had a really Awesome experience! The employee taking my order was patient & courteous which I appreciate especially during stressful Covid-19 times* The employee helped me to get the most of what I wanted & for a good price too* I ordered a Mediterranean Veggie Sandwich, Spicy Thai Chicken ud83eudd57, and I even got a Bear Claw for a sweet treat* Absolutely Everything I ordered was Fresh & Delicious* This Panera Bread is Doing a Great Job & if I'm in the area again soon I will Definitely visit again!ud83dudc4dud83cudf41ud83dude0aud83cudf41
We ordered two of the choose two today. One order was a sandwich and soup and the other order was a salad and soup. We ordered on the Panera website. Our order came quickly, but we were missing the sandwich. I called to say we were missing a sandwich, but the manager kept saying it was ordered with door dash....but I ordered it on THEIR website so it is their responsibility! Door Dash picks it up at Panera Bread! Who verifies the order What if I couldn't drive? The manager gave me NO solutions! I told her the sad part is that DOOR DASH won't lose my business, but PANERA will. It would have made all the difference in the world if she would have just apologized for the error instead of making excuses. Sad, because they do have good food!nnI also want to add it is way too expensive for the amount of food you get.
The two young ladies in the drive thru almost brought me to tears with their great care and customer service. I had just come out of an 1.5 hour traffic jam as a result of a automobile accident and I had my four small dogs in the car with me. We were all anxious and overwhelmed. When we reached the drive thru I could hear the smile in the girls voices. Next, after approaching the window the ladies saw the dogs and immediately gave me dog treats and a whipped cream snack for my dogs. Next, my service was fast , with tons of smiles. Once I opened my bag, I had all type of extra goodies in my bag with a smiley face drawn on each of my bags! This absolutely turned a frustrating situation into the most warm and happy time of me and my fur babies! Job well done, this is better than the chic fil a customer service experience! You ladies Rock! The time was about 8:24pm on Monday November 16, 2020.
As someone who is generally a fan of Panera's atmosphere moreso than the menu, I find this to be a solid place to sit down with my laptop and do some work. The wifi is great, there's rarely a crowd and the workers are always very friendly.nnThe food is overpriced and underwhelming, so I usually don't eat here aside from the occasional bagel, but I do enjoy the cheap coffee subscription they offer. The coffee is almost never fresh due to the low foot traffic, but I can't really complain considering the cost.
Bad service. Placed my order online, arrived at the designated parking spot and waited for ten minutes after confirming arrival in the app. I tried calling the restaurant a couple times but nobody answered. I went inside and had to ask two different employees about my order before they found it. After returning to my car, I realized that the bag they gave me did not have the complete order. Sucks.
