Quick service with Great customer service! The food was delicious and hot.
We tried to be helped after the the store should have been open. We were rudely takes to by a worker after just saying hello to place an order. Terrible service. I wouldn’t even give this store a single star. I worked in food service for 3 years I get that it is tough but that is no reason to be rude to customers when they have only said hello.
Love the pretzels hate the rude manager and staff. Would recommend but not going to after that experience
As a pretzel lover, I've been to a lot of these. This one was better than a majority of all the other ones I've been to. The workers all seemed happy and not like they hated being there and they were really nice.
It wasn't as good as the ones down south. The cheese was nasty and the pretzel was dripping in grease. Hoped for better but it was in a mall so I settled.
