I ordered online to pick up. Food order was hot and ready quickly for pick up. I paid for the Broccoli Mac and Cheese bread bowl and only received a cup of Broccoli Soup:/ There was also no to go silverware provided. Flat bread has funny taste to it.

They were nice to make an off menu item for my boyfriend. Everything was fresh and hot as there was no line. Really enjoy the broccoli cheddar mac!

They have several delicious food options, for anytime during the day, in a clean, friendly environment. There's also drive-thru service available here, which is always a convenient option to have- especially in today's sensitive environment. A good food option, altogether.

Sunday tradition of meeting up at this Panera for late breakfast. Usually great service and food. Ordering here on 11/08/2020 and having a much different experience. Ashlyn, the staff person at the register, made no effort to hide her annoyance as my spouse and children placed their orders. However, the food was good as ever and rest of the staff still cheerful and accommodating. Hoping this doesn’t portend a change in the service culture at this Panera!

I went here for my birthday, because the app gives me a free brownie or something from here on my birthday. I told the lady that I have the coupon on the app and she insisted that I have to give my phone number connected to the app. which I no longer had. she somewhat acted clueless about what was talking about. which was really annoying because she was kind of rude about it. and you'd think that they know how to figure out how to use there own app. I ended up having to park and change all my information in the app which was way too much work for a brownie.
