Very fast service. Delicious food! Very reliable service almost all of the time. Recently, a complicated order I placed was understandably made wrong. Jackson, one of the managers, explained the situation and rectified the situation for me. Staff is very kind and hard-working. Impressive how well-run this restaurant is despite having so many customers come in and out.

I have ordered rapid pick-up four or fives times from this location since it's in a convenient spot in town, and at least 75% of the time I've had to wait 20+ minutes for an order I'd made on the Panera app 10 minutes prior, only to have the order come out cold and incorrect. Many times I have seen up to three staff members at the expo window leaving hot food in the window while the rest of the order is still being made. Items are handed back and fourth through the window and nobody seems to be able to organize and bag any orders. On top of that, I have experienced some of these long waits and incorrect orders at times when the restaurant is virtually empty, at the 2:00-3:00 lull after lunch. I never complain or leave reviews, but I cannot stress enough that the speed of service here is appallingly bad, as this place is consistently by far the slowest and most disorganized restaurant I have ever seen.

I usually love eating at this Panera location, but I'm frequently disappointed that things I want are unavailable. Tonight they had no romaine for Caesar salad. But, worse, they had no bread to go with soup. I don't want chips or an apple with my soup. How can a bakery not have bread? This has happened many times. Sometimes I just leave, but didn't have time to go elsewhere tonight. Seems like poor planning or intentionally not caring if you run out.

The worst salad I’ve ever received from Panera. Ordered a mango smoothie, it tasted like banana. There was a man who walked in, no mask on, and went straight to the drink fill up station and served himself in an old orange juice bottle. None of the workers said anything to him either. Panera has gone downhill and definitely lost a customer today.
