Long-time resident of Lansing. I've been to many a QD, and this is consistently the one with the best customer service. Especially right as COVID started, we noticed the staff became incredibly friendly and kind. Great people working here. The donuts are straight up legendary.
The dryers are trash and the washers take skill to even get to start. Put my clothes in for 90 minutes and came back in 70 to start folding them. They were wet and the machine wasnt running when I got there. Such a waste of time and money and now I have a hamper full of wet clothes and work in 4 hours. AVOID THIS TRAP
Got what I needed, but staff was slow and I would rather go to another location.
Extremely rude. Walked up to counter, lady at register don't even say hi, one moment please, good morning..... nothing. Another customer walks up to counter with no body at the register and gets waited almost immediately!!???!!! I'll never step foot in that store again!!!
Pretty much it's great.The staff is usually very professional! The laundry mat is inexpensive, the only reason they didn't get 5 stars from me is because they have 2 many red tags on the dryers and washers that are down. Or her than that...its a pretty nice,safe,lit up place to go! *Bonus*...its airconditioned!!
