Honestly the best bagels in Lansing. Their sandwiches are amazing and their customer service is even better. They're extremely accommodating, we had an issue with the last order we got from them through Grubb, so we reordered and I put a note in saying that it was a reorder because we'd received the wrong item, ( still tasty, hubby's just allergic to tomatoes) I didn't want them to think the reorder was an accident, and they gave us waffle bites and a note apologizing on top of our order. It was so sweet, just like the waffle bites! Highly recommend everything they have, even the coffee! Love this place!

Great customer service, creative sandwiches and exceptional ingredients and so good! Stopped in for the first time recently and this is now my new favorite spot. The Godfather was awesome! AJ helped with a large order of bagels and cream cheese that I picked up for a work event. Second to none!

The bagel sandwiches are 5 stars. The time it takes to get that 5 star bagel sandwich is the issue. I’m happy to see how busy they are in the midst of the pandemic but when you order online and get a confirmation your order will be ready in 45 minutes, only to end up waiting for nearly 2 hours before it actually is, the process needs to be reassessed.

First time in the restaurant today. Had just asked for a bagel with cream cheese but was informed that they were not taking orders anymore. They close at 3 and I was there around 12:30. The worker’s weren’t wearing gloves and ended up making my bagel after I pointed out they don’t close for so long. Got two coffees with the order and it was the worst coffees I’ve ever had, along with the worst bagel. Would love a refund because all that was $7.

Great bagels and a great price to pick up a dozen to go. They freeze really well so it's worth the trip!
