First point of contact is Colin who promptly returned my phone call and communication was great. Yesterday the movers showed up to get the job done. They were not only good workers but knew what they were talking about and had to make adjustments and reassess throughout the move because of the weight of items we were moving. The were professional and polite the whole time. I will use them again the next time a move happens.
Excellent job done by Colin and staff. The move wss done quickly with no problems and done very reasonably. I would highly recommend them.
Called Thumb Moving, left a message and Collin got back to me within an hour. Moved my furniture from Shelby Township to Port Austin on a Sunday! Couldn’t be more pleased with a company. Very professional and friendly! Took great care of my furniture. Would recommend them to anyone that needs something moved!
Thumb One Moving helped us out in a bind. The movers we had booked for our parents' move cancelled the morning of the move. Thumb One Moving was able to step in and help that evening AFTER completing the job they had scheduled. We appreciate the quick response and the good work! They are also very reasonably priced.
