The best exprience i could have asked for! I got locked out of my apple account and Alex took the time to help me reset everything and change my passwords around! I also bought a phone from them as well and it is wonderful! Could not recommend this place more they are wonderful!

Alex was fantastic. I dropped my phone and she had it fixed like new in less than an hour for a great price ud83dudc9c wonderful customer service and she added a protective screen!! I will recommend her to everyone I know !

I came in to repair a cracked screen, overall the initial experience was smooth. A few days later though the screen stopped responding to touch (iPhone 11). I called and they thought it was the logic board, I agreed. Very nice conversation we had, they offered some discount options which seemed very reasonable!nnI then decided to look at it myself since I was about to buy a new phone anyways to replace it (I work in IT too but just didn’t have time to fix it myself, it takes a lot longer if you aren’t familiar with the parts). So off I went with my ifixit toolkit in my backpack.nnI fixed it using the first suggestion I found online - re seating the connectors! I then called an hour or so later to let them know I fixed it and it was probably a loose connector. They didn’t think it was the connector and insisted it couldn’t have been loose since it is screwed in.nnI just wanted to give some helpful advice because I work in IT too. My phone is still working and the internet mostly agrees that the connector could’ve been loose. I think it is possible, but they didn’t... so it’s probably worth researching whatever opinion they give you.nnI'm also frustrated I had to do the repair myself in the end. I could've paid $60 for the screen on Amazon instead of giving them $130.

They seem like the real deal knowledge and kindness. I found the older man very wise and helpful as well as the young lady.nIt's way cheaper there to get your phone fixed there instead of purchasing a new phone!
