Have everything I was looking for
Went there to buy a bathroom sink/vanity, toilet, tub and surround + much more for home remodeling a couple weeks ago. My husband found 4 people sitting and chatting in another dept who said they would call for someone to come to that area. We waited for quite awhile nobody came. We put everything back that we had already picked out and went to home depot. Had 3 different people ask if they could help us before we even got to the bathroom section. Ended up buying everything there and will get all the rest of our remodeling materials there going forward.
If I could do a zero I would. I wanted to return a kitchen faucet that cost $65.00. Refused to give me a credit for this item because it was past 90 days by a few days. Corporate will not let anyone in the store to override this. Because of that they are going to loose sales of a new faucet. I'm painting a whole interior of my house. Plus need new doors throughout. Exterior paint. Landscaping . Ect. I hope cooperate feels that their policy without exceptions is good policy.
Had to order a grill, since it was not in stock in the store, said 7-10 days, but got here in 5! Really helpful employee that was cheery and knowledgeable and helpful in loading the grill into my Jeep. Overall great experience.
Went online to purchase a vanity top for curbside pickup. The system forced me to have the top shipped. Top arrived in 2 days, broken. Meanwhile, they still had the 2 in stock they had when I purchased ours. So, after a drive to the store, and nobody assisting me getting it back into the store, they exchanged it. This cost me another day off from work. Not impressed.nThen I purchased a Home Netwerks fan from the same store. It contained a broken switch. After paying an electrician to verify correct wiring, I waited 10 days for a response from customer service. Customer service is shipping a new switch, 4 to 5 days shipping time from Chicago. I live 8 hours from Chicago. I can't blame the USPS for the shipping time.nNot impressed.
