Went to get a quote on windows. Guy said he would get to me by Friday. As of today that was over 2 weeks ago. I’ve been in and have called. Nothing. Would not recommend

I waited over 2 weeks to know if I'm hired or not. They didn't even call me they sent me a email. Waisted my time I could of worked other places but waited for them. I wouldn't recommend anyone to work for them

Great staff, great customer service and great products. If you are not sure of what you need on your next project come here. Advise is superior to that of a “big box” stores. No question asked, or restocking charge, when we returned materials(stored inside) for a project we redesigned to use less wood. I would highly recommend Preston Feather for your next project.
