The Quiet Moose

WARNING-Today I received a call from store manager Jennifer Keiser who reprimanded me for calling the QM and leaving too many messages for service. She never returned any of my calls. She said she’s too busy to deal with my service issues. It’s been over a month since I met with her and indicated that my Hunter Douglas blinds were not operating. A motor needs replacing on one and remotes are not working for 7 windows in our master bedroom. I spent approximately 17K on window treatments with the QM and am now getting no service. I have reached out to the owner as well. P

Tried to order an area rug. We visited showroom and then called to follow up twice. Showroom manager was supposed to call rug manufacturer to get information and finalize our order, but apparently never did. We told him we wanted to purchase the rug, but he never called us back with any information. Very disappointing. Would have no reason to ever return after that type of negligent treatment. Would never recommend Quiet Moose to anyone.

I live in the lower State and drive up just to shop at this store! It’s incredible! Love your taste

Everything about the Quiet Moose was wonderful. Jennifer was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They have classic as well as unique items and the two young men who delivered our purchases were very courteous and careful bringing large items into a challenged space. We chose Jennifer Keiser and her team at the quiet moose to help us with the interior design for our new cottage build, and it was one of the best decisions we made for the entire project. Having worked with other designers on previous projects it became quickly evident that the Quiet Moose was the gold standard, by a long shot.nJennifer asked many questions and took copious notes. She took our vision for our dream retreat for our family and brought it to life with outstanding follow up with us along the way. You know when someone truly has their heart into something when they go above and beyond to help see the project through to the end.nThe Quiet Moose helped us with things that we never even expected , like the exterior design textures and colors, decking etc. All of those things were ordered through our builder and the quiet moose did not receive a commission on any of those selections.nJennifer and the quiet moose team was PROUD to be part of our entire project and their pride shows in the finished project.nThis was our first home build and entire process from start to finish with surprisingly pleasant and a lot of FUN !
