I don't come in often, but my experience has usually been positive. The last time I came in, the man who dealt with me was less than pleasant. I didn't appreciate the way he handled my transaction. The next time I have the option to return something via FedEx or the post office, I will probably choose the latter if I come in and see him. He seemed overly frustrated about the fact that he had to waste two minutes of his time to make a return label that I was more than willing to pay for.
