I can't get ahold of them. They don't take the payments when they are supposed to. I've tried having auto payments come out that don't come out when they are supposed to. They can come get my things. My name is Travis Gutierrez. The sooner the better.

Rather your “Franchise or Corporate” reputations is in the name. I’ve been a customer of Aaron’s for well over 5 years with a history of purchases after lease terms, several purchases however this specific Aaron’s location will never get another penny from me once I’ve completed the terms on the two items I have currently. Management needs to hold at least 80 hours of social and consumer preferably comprehensive combined with testing before they should be allowed to handle any consumer accounts- in fact they should be greeters (simple smile and say welcome to Aaron’s- I’ll get a professional sales person for you). Marie (hopefully the spelling is correct) your phone Etiquette is that of a fumbling grade schooler all “hopped up on Mountain Dew”. You’ve coat your store a continued customer-hopefully you love and learn then apply.

Great and nice people got me a good deal on a nice Samsung TV 55 in. Great place to get TVs and electronics if you have no car and are in a fixed income

Have been with Aaron's for about 2 years now and they have always worked very well and helping me with the struggles I face of life to be able to pay my bill keep up my payments and do new agreements if needed. Aaron's interest rates are sort of high but when you are struggling single mum these payments help you at least keep furniture.
