I have been waiting on appliances for my new home and was given a March 9th delivery date. Living 2hours away and not wanting to wait, I called and asked to come pick them up. They we’re very nice to talk too, and when I arrived, which was 30 minutes before they were actually open. The employees went out of their way to get my order, which including a refrigerator and dishwasher, and load my truck and trailer. Very appreciative and pleased with the service.

Rude and unsympathetic! No customer service! 3 days to get a delivery 20 minutes away and you have to wait 4 hours around your house. They practically ask for a path of rose petals for their delivery guys to walk on! The worst!

Good place to work, keeps me active and helping others!! Hello OT!!

Just had to pickup merchandise delivered to this distribution hub.
