Extremely happy with the Lancer sectional that we purchased, employees were very attentive during selection and buying process. Had quite a long delay between ordering and delivery, but with everything going on, it was for the most part understandable. Delivery man was knowledgeable about product and took the time to explain cushion rotation and answered any questions that I had.
Kathy & Krista are always incredibe in helping us choose what pieces to order, what fabrics and what colors. They give advice based on the fact that we have dogs who will also use the furniture and make sure we've really thought our options through before finalizing! I love that you can make a floor plan on their website. It makes visualizing much easier. We've bought blinds, adjustable mattresses and bed frames, sectionals and rugs through them. I highly recommend Tri City Furniture!
Love, love, love this store! From the minute I walked in to the countless meetings with my designer, Jen (who is fabulous) I was always treated with respect and an outstanding experience! I won’t ever go anywhere else for furniture or design ideas. Super happy!!!

Took my mom in a while back. She was being pressured into making a quick decision on her purchase. As a result I took her to another place where they listed Ed to her and gave her a fair price. Too bad as my mom had bought nearly all of her furniture in her house for years from here. Not sure what was up. Their stuff is nice and a little bit pricey but had been a good place to shop in past.
