You can put your trust in Prime Brothers.nnMy family has purchased furniture from Prime Brothers for four generations, and I cannot say enough about how satisfied we have all been. We live in the Lansing area now but made it a point to shop for our living room furniture with them in Bay City. It is exceedingly rare to find a business that you can trust to help you find the right furniture to fit your needs and budget, but especially to stand behind their products and provide service after the sale. It is even more rare to find a business with the level of integrity that Prime Brothers has shown us. If you need furniture, Prime Brothers in the place to go.

We could not be more pleased with our couch purchase! Phil was great in helping us pick out a couch and was very professional with the ordering and the updates on when the couch would be in. We ended up at the last minute having it delivered and the staff and delivery men were extremely friendly taking care of that for us. We will most definitely will be back! Thank you!

We’ve been waiting for our (3,000$) couch since we ordered it last October 2020 (it’s now February 2021). We were told it would come before Christmas...then January...then February. Just called this morning and we were told now delivery is expected mid-March. We’ll see. Certainly hope the quality is good for how long we’ve waited. Nobody calls to update us, to apologize, nothing. We will never get furniture here again.

We ordered 2 recliners on January 16th with the money coming out of our account on the 18th. We were told it would take 8 weeks for the recliners to come in. The week of March 15th I called to check on the status of the chairs. At that time I was informed the chairs were in their way to the store.nTonight, my husband called to check on the status of the chairs since March 27th it will be 10 weeks since they were ordered. We were informed tonight that only one chair is in its way to the store and wasn’t sure the status of the 2nd chair!!nWas told the manager will be in tomorrow, March 26th at 9am. My husband said he expects a call by 10am tomorrow telling us when we will be getting our chairs snd what happened to the 2nd chair since it is not on its way to the store.nWhat kind of business are they running there at Prime Brothers in Bay City, MI?!!!?nAND PLEASE, STOP WITH THE COVID EXCUSES!!!nAND THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO EXCUSE FOR THE NEGLECT OF COMMUNICATION BETWEEN SELLER AND BUYER!nWE DON’T WANT EXCUSES OR APOLOGY FOR LACK OF COMMUNICATION.....nWE WANT OUR CHAIRS!!!!!nThere are quite a few others who this has happened to. Sure wish we would have read the reviews before walking into your store!!
