Employees are always friendly and helpful.

Always clean, organized, with friendly staff. Used the fax machine to send 5 documents which normally would've costed $20. The staples employees let me slide in the $20 fax charge. Sometimes it's the small things that make the difference, thank you.

Happy to still have retail office supplies!!

Poor customer service, this is why I will continue to just window shop at box stores and buy online. No rude, lazy employee not doing their job.
