Very good Icecream. The service was fast and friendly.

After handling money and touching the cash register neither employee washed their hands before scooping the ice cream. They were not wearing masks or gloves and were breathing all over the ice cream and in the display case. Approximately two weeks ago the employee had all the tubs of ice cream covered up 3 hours before closing time. For every flavor I asked for in a hand packed quart I was told they were out of that flavor and told to get it out of the pre-packed freezer. So my question is, if there was indeed no ice cream under the lids then why is it covered up and not just a bare spot where the ice cream is supposed to be ? I am guessing they just do not want to fill the quart or pint containers. Management appears non existent at this location.

Good ice cream but $10+ for two shakes?!

Went in store and ordered a Birthday cake ice cream cake a week early. Went to pick it up and they didn't decorated the cake as instructed no did the call me with any questions. The two girls there said they were not cake decorators but one girl tried to fix it. The other girl rang up the sale and gave me the total. She watched me write out the check and when done I handed it to her and she took it. Then told me that they don't take checks. Like really!! You just stood there and watched me write it out and there is no signage what so ever around the cash register or on or around the entrance door that they don't take checks!! I was lucky that I had enough cash to pay for it otherwise I would have had to leave it there. Poor, poor way to run a business and treat customers. Not going back!
