Update: Owner contacted me after my review posted. Gave me options for me to spend some money and try to repair myself, drop it back off to him to try and repair, and if both options fail, then will replace. Said Google and Facebook hours were both wrong which is not my fault trying to contact within those hours.nnI purchased this bear from here last spring. Everything was good, except for the crack on the bottom. I asked about it and was told it is normal for cracks to appear. I know this but was worried about it getting bigger. Said not to worry, keep it away from heat (sat on a shelf on our buffet cabinet in the dining room) and if there are any issues within the next year just give a call. Well we told him down off the shelf to move him and examined the crack a little closer. To our dissatisfaction, the crack is now continuing up around the snout and proceeding to go between the eyes. We are worried that this will continue and grow larger. I sent her a Facebook message with my concerns and phone number a week before Christmas. I have seen that the message was received and read but never contacted back. I then proceeded to call her on the only day of the week her business was open which was Saturday and for four hours only. I called and left a voicemail, once again about my concerns and contact information. Now it has been over a week since my call and about 2 weeks since message, I will never go here again since there is a serious problem with communication and the promises broken for something that cost over $225. I know that someone will probably contact me now because I wrote this review but it is a shame if they do.
