Kaitlynn was great! Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I had just gotten a new phone and was having problems transferring from the old phone to the new phone. She solved my problem for me quickly and efficiently. I have been to Verizon stores several times and I would say this was my best experience by far. Thank you for all of your help, Kaitlynn!
I can't say enough good things about this place. Specifically the staff. I was frustrated with waiting at other stores so I took a drive south to Wayalnd from GR. and it was worth it. They were patient with my questions and extremely helpful. I had a very unique situation with my old phone regarding access to a specific app. They worked with me and went above and beyond.
