Verizon Authorized Retailer - Wireless Zone

My visit to Wireless Zone in Newport Maine was very pleasant. I have been a Verizon customer for years. I had a new phone that needed to be set up.nSean not only waited on me, he saw me walking with a cane and he came over and opened the door for me. He was very thorough with the set up and answered all my questions. I had to come back the next day as I had a few more questions and again he answered them all and he answered them so I could understand vs with a bunch of technical words.nOf all the times I have had to go to that store for service, Sean is the best personal I have dealt with. He is a top notch employee

Replaced phone for my son, they were very polite and knowledgeable and got us set in a very timely manner.

Go to any other Verizon store the customer service here is terrible and they can’t help you with anything because they have no idea what there doing. I’d rather drive to Bangor just to avoid this place
