The driver was very professional and courteous; an exceptional representation of your company.nI was rather concerned with having a pallet delivered to my residence, it ended up working out perfect.

Called Friday and scheduled my drop off for Monday afternoon. After ensuring all information, including cell phone, was correct we ended with a verification that my delivery would be Monday afternoon. Monday afternoon 1700 and no delivery so I called, just to find out that Estes changed my delivery to Wednesday afternoon, never a phone call or email to inform me. Some of us have to schedule these things and for a company to change it without notice or reason is rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. So I guess I will see if my delivery makes it in Wednesday.

I have had two large deliveries managed by Estes Express Lines. Both experiences were good. I received a notice call about a week before delivery validating the delivery address, etc. and also had the 30 minute window call. for actual delivery. Both times the delivery specialist easily moved large, bulky items from the truck to my garage and organized. Great customer service all around.

From the front office communication to the professionalism of the driver, these folks were terrific from beginning to end!
