Waited all day for a package I had to sign for, it gets to 7:30pm and still no package, so I call fed ex and they assured me that it would be delivered by 8pm. 7:43pm I get a text saying delivery not attempted, for a restriction at the recipients address. I have no restrictions at my address, so I call fed ex back and they say to me it was canceled by the driver because of a local holiday. I have been searching for this mysterious local holiday I have never heard about, and the search is not going well. I will definitely never recommend Fed Ex to anyone. They need a zero star option cause one star is way too generous.
Our FedEx delivery guy is my super hero! Today he delivered a package, heard the fire alarm and rushed in. There was a fire in my kitchen, he put it out and saved my house! My husband arrived just as he was walking out the door! I will be forever grateful for him - I just need to know his name! He needs to be the employee of the year!!
Very pleasant people, positive atmosphere. Not a fan of how dusty the place is or the fact that they make you do work, would not recommend as a restaurant to visit when you want to have a romantic evening.
I guess it’s hard to rear or follow instructions, when we have a delivery, it is supposed to go to the back door by the garage down back, not on the outside of our front yard fence, if it had not been seen by me, it could have been stolen and I wouldn’t have know. Tell your drivers to be a bit more attentive to drop off instructions.
There has been multiple issues with Fedex recently from packages being thrown to the door to leaving the package beside the dumpster. But for them to not deliver a package due to slush is the last straw. If I could choose who did my deliveries it would not be Fedex that's for sure.
