If you need kitchen help, the staff is great and willing to help you design your new kitchen. Looking for outdoor supplies, definitely your go to spot. My only complaint would be that while general staff is friendly, they may not know how to help you. Stopping a customer to ask if they need help and then just pointing them in the direction they were already heading is not great customer service. So they lose a star in that aspect.nnAuburn Lowe’s is pet friendly, and they welcome they’re pet customers! Don’t be surprised if an employee asks to take a photo, they keep a photo “book” of all their favorite animal customers!! ud83eudd70 This has been great for my rescue with covid and lack of ability to socialize her as much as I’d like to. We take frequent trips to Lowe’s for her to get used to being outside the house, and the staff loves her. Note: please bring poop bags and clean up after your pooch if they make a mess. Staff will do it, but it’s not fair to them. Accidents do happen and they understand. But part of being a good dog owner is being responsible.

Lowe's continues to strive in the customer service area. The staff are always very eager and helpful, noticing your 'I cant find something' body language... Their inventory is more organized, making it easier to find what I'm looking for!

Everything i wanted. Only problem check out girll had no idea what she was doing. Had to go to another checkout.

I ordered 2 glass panel interior doors and some fancy pine trim. We got an email a few hours later that it was ready. We went and parked in curb pick up and called to let them know we were there. A very nice young man came out, helped my husband put them in the pickup. He thanked us and we were on our way. The doors and trim are very high quality. Nice to get good customer service. Thanks.
