Went in today to look for a replacement dishwasher after ours sprung a major leak. The first person we spoke with didn't seem all that interested in helping us out and was not very friendly, honestly. After we took a spin around the showroom to discuss our options, however, the second employee we spoke with was extremely friendly and helpful! He got everything taken care of for us quickly and scheduled our install for next week! Hopefully that will go smoothly. Austin definitely went above and beyond in taking the time to make sure our dishwasher was in place and operating well!! He was informative, knowledgeable, and friendly. Agren's has been good to me over the years. Bought a few item's. Washer dryer dishwasher. If they didn't have it they got it if I needed parts they found them. Sales people have always been good. They never pushed me on a sale. Will keep going back if they keep treating me right. There a good company.

Walked in and greeted by several friendly gentlemen. I went in knowing what I wanted to look at and they pointed me in the right direction. Based on what I’d seen online I had a mattress in mind and the sales representative was helpful by sharing the general information on it as well as sharing two other similar ones.
