Miguel has a god given talent for customer service. Not sure if Miguel is the manager if not he deserves to be, when sprint merged with t mobile I could not find any local t mobile to help me out with my account for sprint, until I met this beautiful man named Miguel. Miguel executed the transaction on my sprint account flawlessly. He has a god given talent for this type of work. Thank you Miguel

I had an amazing experience with the store! They have always been helpful, and I drive an hour just to see them. I called 1st, and the manager, Cornelius, really helped me out. Hey gave me the lowdown on a new phone, what it would cost, and what my trade in was worth...before I got in the car. That was huge. When I got there, He was helping me but had to run. Zane took over. What an amazing guy! Wicked knowledgeable, patient, and between the 2 they sat with me for about an hour and a 1/2 until I could unscrew my phone enough to get my transfer done. Based on my experience here, which is only beem 2 visits, I would give these guys a 100 stars if I could! Customer service is amazing! Just as an aside… the other employee was very helpful to the people that were coming in-and-out as well. Thank you so much!

UPDATE: I received a response from the “owner”. You can see it below. I responded to their message by clicking the link and sending an email to them.nTheir response was nothing. They never responded back to me. It seems that their original response was only yo make a public showing to possibly make it appear that they care about their customers. This just solidified my belief that this store is not run by honest personnel. Stay clear. Verizon seems to be looking better all the time. These crooks Stole my phone.nnDo not use this store. They are dishonest. I did a trade in to upgrade a phone for my daughter. I gave them the iPhone that I was trading in and T-Mobile never received it. They now say they don’t remember the transaction. They stole the phone as far as I am concerned. I got customer service involved but as long as the store kids say they don’t remember then. Thats it. I’m out a phone. So did they sell it to a friend? I don’t know. But I’m out several hundred dollars that was the trade in price if that phone. I could have sold it outright gotten more than their trade in value. I didn’t I put my faith in them but instead T-Mobile stole my phone. Don’t do business with them. I am making it known that this store cannot be trusted. Customer service will not do anything to fix it. My I recommend Verizon? USCellular? Your better off either was. T-mobile service is horrible also. I have to connect my phone to wifi at my home in the middle of Lewiston because i only get one bar of service when I’m home. Save yourself the aggravation and go with a better carrier.

An absolute horrible experience. Was almost left on the hook owing $2600!! BEWARE!!nnI opened a business account and brought three lines over from another carrier. I was supposed to get a promotion on three iPhone 11 pros. A mistake happened and I was not given any of the promotions which meant I owed $2600 that was supposed to be not owed at all.nnI can see mistakes happen, so I went to the store to figure it out. The district manager named Sam told me I was wrong, and the credits would eventually show up. Long story short I talk to customer service twice and they said SAM HAD NOT put any of the promotions on the account as he was supposed to (which left me on the hook for the $2600) I visit the store again and talked to sam, called many times, and he never got the issue resolved or even called back. I was in contact at least five times with him, four times with customer service, at which point he still did not get the issue taken care of even after many times of him telling me he would take care of it.nnI had to put a complaint in to customer service, then go to the store yet AGAIN When he was not working. A different employee told me what I was saying was correct and the promotions were not on my account. This employee had to put all three promotions on my account.nnI honestly cannot imagine how Sam is a manager in anyway, never mind the district manager. He has absolutely no clue what he is doing and I would cancel service if it weren't for the other employee. I feel he's incompetent, and absolutely has no care for the customer. I will absolutely never recommend this store to ANYONE. However I would recommend T-Mobile service to people. I will do anything in my power to make sure no-one I know goes to the Auburn Maine store.
