You just broke and enterered into my sisters place without her here and took there items without discussion. They had the money to pay since they got paid today and I never called them to say they were late. U trashed there place and broke items. Very disrespectful and unprofessional. I had lots of purchases through u guys and never experienced this like my sister has and it wasnt right.

At first I thought the service was good, but then delivery day came. No call to confirm my delivery window. I called the morning of deliver to confirm the delivery window (it was confirmed to be 2 to 4 pm). I called RAC at 4:10 pm to get an ETA since the truck never showed up. I was told the truck didn't come out because I didn't answer my phone when they called. I had my phone with me all day. They never attempted to call a second time and the truck never attempted to make the delivery. I was then told I never submitted the signed contract ( a contract which I never received or was told I was going to receive in my email). This of course is something that could be signed at time of delivery. They also neglected to ask me to sign the contract the morning of the delivery when I called. Well, RAC made arrangements for the furniture to be delivered around 5 or so on the same day. Once again, I called for an ETA at 5:30 and was told another ETA of 7:00 pmnI waited until 7 pm. At this time I spent 5 hrs sitting in an empty house waiting for them. At that point I called RAC and canceled my order. An entire day wasted. I will never do business with this company ever again. I do not recommend.

Super helpful, and so nice! Such a quick transaction. I definitely reccomend the product from here as well. Super high quality. The prices are a little steep but your credit will thank you for it! You guys rock!
