I had a TERRIFIC experience at this store!!! Jake was so friendly and helpful. He took all the time that he (and I) needed to be sure everything was set up properly, and Chad was right there to assist, if needed. These two understand what customer service is all about. I would highly recommend this place.nThanks again, guys!!!

Even though what I needed done was not able to be done at the store they still didn't tell me that it couldnt be done. I was able to get done what I needed and the clerk helped me as much as she was able to and I am thankful for her time and attention to the matter. Never had an issue with metro and I do recommend them. Also thanks for the free Amazon echo dot. I love it.
