Pauline at Collette was very easy to communicate with. Explained the process and most importantly kept communication going all the way through the process. It is never an easy task, putting a stone up for your loved one. Pauline at Collette held my hand through out and made sure the marker was exactly as I wanted. Communication is poor at best.

Collette Momuments created my husbands gravestone, and it far exceeded anything I imagined. The stone is gorgeous, and the details are incredible. Having to bury a husband who died at 26, and help two small children grieve their fathers death is awful. Going to the cemetery today and seeing my husband's stone was a blessing - a beautiful way to close this part of our grieving process.nOur spectacular funeral home ordered my husbands stone, so I have not spoken to the office at Collette Monuments. The gentleman whom placed our stone was great, and gave some kind words to us, and made a difficult process just a touch smoother.nThank you so much to your entire company. They created and placed a marker on my Dad’s grave with his name incorrect. They are very aware of the issue and still have not fixed it. Tomorrow I will be stopping in person to discuss it. My mom should not have to deal with this. We all make mistakes; own it and fix it. I certainly hope I change my review after tomorrow.
