VERY poor Customer Service Rushed OVER Complication Just To Purchase A Box Of Coffee And Box Of Donuts Walked In To Purchase For The Vets Was Told I could Not Order At the counter Was told to leave in the snow to Download the application And Make Make my Order The Application Has No simple way to specify the box of Donuts that has to be selected As Per store Availability Making effective Communications Vital There Was No Concern to Serve Me As I watched the drive through Cars Come And leave 20 MIN to order a box of coffee and box of Donuts I had to correct my order verbally and was still was received In Error the box of coffee had no spout No Napkins or stirring spoons with condiments for box of coffee and was not filled its unfortunate in a fast pace of life we forget the most simple to understand one another and serve each other with compassion courtesy honor and respect thats seams to fall Short In the corporations were customer service equates to fast sloppy disconcerted individuals that have no concern for others Nor take pride in a job Done or undone
Apparently you cannot get turbo shots with any flavor. The manager wants to play so nice with her high pitched voice while speaking poison. Can't wait for Starbucks to make a move in Lewiston.
try almond milk in your iced coffee, very good. good group of employees.
Love this Dunkin! This is the only store that always gets my coffee right and they are super friendly too!
Service wasn't bad it just seemed to take awhile to be waited on
