Worst customer service I have ever experienced! Order 2 chairs, paid over $2500.00 that day (July 3) received one in October, they broke the other one in delivery. Was told they’d build the other one and I’d have the other one in MARCH! Now it will be here in APRIL! Rob was extremely rude told me how he owns the business and he’s the biggest furniture store/orderer in the area and if I wanted to go somewhere else I could, when I asked for a discount! But he did wave the extra delivery fee he was going to charge me for when my replacement chair gets here.

Five months ago I bought a bed, dresser with mirror, 5-drawer chest, and 2 night stands. Paid in full the day of purchase. They agreed to waive the delivery fee but made it clear they would not make a special trip to deliver to my home and that I would have to wait until they were coming to my area for another delivery. They only had the bed in queen, so they agreed to bring everything else and then order the bed. When the furniture was delivered, there was only 1 night stand. The delivery guys were great but said that I should have only 1. I showed them my receipt, and they were very apologetic. They said they would make sure the other night stand was put away once they got back to the store so that it didn't get sold. A few weeks later, I stopped at the store to pick up the night stand and check on the status of my bed. I was told they were under the impression that my entire order had been delivered. The guy had to go in the back and verify with one of the delivery guys that I was telling the truth. I did get the other night stand and was told my bed wasn't in yet. FIVE MONTHS and I'm still waiting on the bed. Very disappointed!
