Giving a 5 star rating is not something I usually do. However, in the case of Device Depot, it was a easy decision! I had an iPhone 7 Plus, with a broken screen. I thought I’d stop in to check on a price for replacing the glass. After looking at the device, I was informed it was only the screen protector that was cracked. They quickly replaced the protector. I’m someone that puts customer service above all else - the friendliness, professionalism and service at Device Depot are top notch! Don’t drive all the way to Lexington, you’ve got the answer right here in Danville!

I went in to get my phone screen replaced, quick and painless job. While there I inquired about a case. Said case was pricy but I was prepared to spend the amount to help save my phone in the future. I was told not seconds later that he would mark it down for me. I didn’t ask for a discount or anything it was just given to me. Obviously don’t judge a business based off of cheaper prices but it was really cool. The customer service was great, another amazing locally owned business that is down to earth.

I have always gotten fast, friendly, and efficient help here! Steven and Matt do their very best to make sure everyone is satisfied before they walk out the door. I’ve had several phone screens replaced and bought phone cases as well. I hate the reason for typically going, no one likes a busted phone screen, but they work quickly to get you back together!

I bought my pre-owned iPad over a year ago and haven't had a moments trouble out of it. They also replaced the battery in a phone for us recently. Super fast, quality work, at a reasonable prices. AND they're friendly! I'll definitely be a repeat customer!
