I needed some vintage Sansui Speakers serviced and repaired. Bill did a great job evaluating the woofer surround damage and was able to find a quick, effective, and inexpensive solution. Maybe I was lucky with timing and their schedule but I had the speakers back within 24hrs sounding better than they ever have. Outstanding service and work by Bill and Spectrum Sound! I would absolutely recommend and use them again!
used to be a great place. fast quality service. took a vintage receiver there ive had repaired by them before multiple times and they turned me away said they don't repair home audio equipment anymore and sent me to a place I had to put $200 down up front. I mean thats like me turning away a ford and saying I only repair chevy.n-probly never go back.
Worst place ever had my stuff for 6 weeks to tell me he cant do anything for me absolutely pathetic and would not recommend this place
Roland lists two authorized repair centers in the area. I first went to the one on the far north side only to discover that it was a piano store with no onsite repair people. A phone call to their outside contractor disclosed that Spectrum was the right place to get my Roland portable keyboard amp looked at. I thought I had a bad speaker but they correctly diagnosed the problem as the power adapter. I'd not hesitate to have them repair any of my Roland products.
