Metro by T-Mobile

Polite and respectful of my wants and concerns.

This is day 2 of No service. I got this phone to be able to stay in contact with my sisters hospice care team. I have missed 6 calls from doctors and nurses. I cant reach anyone due to is both being on this network. This is going beyond a minor inconvenience it is now putting the lives of some customers in danger. I will be changing carriers ASAP

It's a Metro store. You get what you pay for.

Well I love the service and the personnel is very polite, those pretty ladies are very friendly and helpful, the only metro store I use. Would have given them 5stars but they open late on Sunday.
