This was the second location that had an employee who actually helped me. I have been to metros all over town. The young woman at this location took a few minute to look over my device. She couldn't get it to work but she at least tried and for that I am thank full.

The girl who helped me was nice, while the other woman clearly does not like Black women. The one piece of advice I have for everyone is that you count your change before you leave. Make sure the amount you pay in store matches up to the amount MetroPcs thanks you for paying (in a text) once you start your service. Ask for a receipt!

Good service and good pricing. Staff was very helpful and informative. Not a long wait for customer service, bill pay, or purchasing accessories or phones. Never had an issue any time I've been to this location. Gave me a discount on a phone case just for asking. Will recommend and shop here again.

Metro PCS in Eagledale Plaza are some of the best customer service Representatives for MetroPCS. This is my personal real opinion every time I came into the store I've had five star service.
