The service here was absolutely fantastic! I was there to port my family plan of 4 over and wanted to get earbuds and my bf a case. The end total was alot more than I expected so I was kinda bummed to not be able to afford my earbuds BUT just as she was handing me my bags she gave me a pair of headphones free of charge! This is the 4th or 5th time I've been back to metro after trying boost and cricket as well this last time and neither company's compare to metro
Advertise 24/7 customer service is a LIE. Dialing 611 gets a recording to follow instructions on phone screen.nWe have 5 lines and internet access is iffy. No internet when you need it.
No receipt ! Didn’t explain any of the process she just grabbed the phone and activated it charged 110.00 I just added a line... I thought the phone was free she couldn’t swap phones.
Tibbs and 16th location was quite nice with wonderful young lady's behind the desk to help with all of our concerns.
Went here to get a SIM card because I had lost my phone but bought another from a private seller. Lady tired to over charge me for SIM card 20$ then tell me she couldn’t just sell me the SIM card she had to activate the phone (another 15$) since it was a new company. I went to another metro PCS and got the SIM card for 10$. Be cautious of this place seems like they are on bs if you let them
