I have 5G and my plan is 60 and I can't download nothing is very slowly . I'm changing my phone number to this company I was calling to many times and I'm going to the store 3 times and I no one's can't resolve the problem.

My phone was rapidly dying and I went to Metro shop on W. 10th St. Initially I was helped by Christian, the manager. After 4 more trips back, my phone was actually working right. On the 4th visit, I waited 40 minutes while an employee was on his phone with earbudsnin and a young lady was helping a friend. She gave her friend several discounts and what started out at $109 went down to $32. After waiting the clerk came to help me but when a new customer came in she rudely told me I would have to come back because Christian was out shopping. I was also charged a $25 fee to transfer info from my old phone to the new one that I was never told about. I have always gone to the store on N. High Scool Rd. before this and re pieced much better service.
