I got poor customer experience. I bought my own equipment but they charge me just to change SIM card over. Another professional way steal money. I was surprised that Metro PSC charge $16 extra to transfer sin to another device.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

Very helpful service staff! Clearly explains the differences in the packages available. Wasted no time helping me replace my phone, and actually relaxed my phone and started a new package for me in a few minutes. I got what I asked for, and received much more than that, and had no problems with hidden fees or anything that I'm used to at the other places. Im sticking with Metro. Hopefully, you will be helped by Amy. She is a dream come true.ud83dude01

The employees are nice but that is a hit or miss thing. And every location has a different price that they will offer you to get your business. My point is pay attention and check out a couple different locations and you'll see what I mean. Don't agree to the plan right out the gate
