This new facility is ran horribly and is more like daycare than work! Management is unprofessional and dislikes the youth workplace is full of toxic ness and power trips I was terminated Sunday November 1st 2020 and today is December first 2020 and I have yet to still be payed( I used paper checks) wouldn’t recommend to younger age brackets 18-21if you do work here be aware in Indiana they are an at will state and don’t care if you have a family! Great place to work. Only been three weeks but i enjoy it and my eight hour shifts feel more like 4 because it's fast moving and my coworkers are awesome

Management has changed are part time schedule twice which makes it difficult when you are relying public transportation. It appears some parts of the big FedEx team are unorganized. However HR Tara and Sarah from Training have been very helpful.
