The Mattress Store

I was not entirely sure on what I was wanting, and I was shown 3 mattresses to get a feel of what I needed. After that I was shown 3 beds in the style that I liked. After all of this is when I was finally asked about price range. I was shown all 3 mattresses at my own pace. I was not pressured to buy something for a price but sold something from what suited my needs and the price came after to show me those products in my price range. Bob was a huge help and was not like most sales people who push to meet a goal, but wanted to help me find something that would benefit me.

Bob was very helpful, funny, and transparent with us. Help us find a great mattress and in our price range. Didn't pressure us in any way like the other guys did. 100% recommend to come and see him.

Highly recommend checking out this store for a new mattress! We had been shopping around and visited 3nOther stores. No one even came close to the professionalism & customer service Bob offered my husband and I. He treated us like people instead of a “sell”. Most sales men hound you and rush you, but Bob did the exact opposite. He let us take our time, he answered all of our questions & was very great to work with. We will definitely recommend him to anyone searching for a new mattress!

Highly recommended! Bob was a great salesman, not pushy like other places we shopped. We also had our mattress delivered in one week, rather than 4 months like others were offering. Plus, the mattress was made right in New Albany, Indiana so we were happy to buy local!!!
