They did an amazing job on my eyebrows everytime that I go.they are professional and listen to what the customer wants

My sister had great service with the manager, however I had a horrible experience with the employee who did my services. I should have known not to let the woman touch my eyelashes or brows after the poor woman in front of me (who came in with freshly set weave from the salon) got EYELASH GLUE in her HAIR! I felt so bad for her, the employee said they don’t like it when customers come straight from the salon and tried to blame it on the customer! Fast forward- I’m in the chair, she does my brows. I asked her to shape them and add arch. Straight. As. A. Board.nAnd she left a couple scratches from the thread.nThen onto my lashes-nNot even one minute in and she got glue in my eye. Quite a bit. Then after she made fun of me for “already crying” she asked me to open my eye so she could get the glue out and wipe my eye for me... I couldn’t open it. She had to wipe one lash at a time off so I could open my eye. Then after she finishes, my lash line was so taught and pushed upwards that the underside of my eyelid was visible from yards away. They had to push my lids down to dry again and re set the glue in the correct position.n2 days later, lashes started falling out in clumps. I’ve cared for them properly... no reason that should be happening. Then to top it all off, on my right eye she glued the faux lashes to my skin!!! And now my lashes are growing out and there’s this painful pulling. I’m going to remove them myself with baby oil- I don’t even trust them to do that.

No matter how many times you tell them you don’t want your brows thin, they still thin them out “to even them out”. I told the lady “im growing them out” Before she started because that’s what the manager told me to say to them last time. I haven’t been here in two months because they messed my eyebrows up last time, but I decided to give them another try. Once again, they messed up. Also they are always rushing their work.

I only trust one girl here with my brows, I won't say who cause I don't need to wait long lines for her. Hahah! Anyway, the ladies here are great. I've never really had a problem.
