Very great at communicating my appointment via email and phone call! Very easy to utilize their website to book online and fill out all documents for appointment online. Very clean, was the only client in the waiting area & everyone wore their masks, the entire time. I felt very safe getting my massage during this pandemic! When checking out, I did not feel pushed or influenced in any way to sign up for the monthly membership. Will definitely be going back!
I visited Hand & Stone Massage spa in Shorewood for the first time this past Friday and wanted to share about my experience. I called a few days earlier and quickly made an appointment that worked great with my schedule. They sent over a couple of forms via email for me to fill out prior to the visit, this way i would save time. The day of the visit, i was warmly greeted and did not have to wait long at all. Great massage and pleasant visit with the staff. I would definitely return and refer family and friends. Thank you!
Reasonable pricing. Similar introductory price as Massage Envy, however the non-member price is about 20 dollars cheaper. My therapist asked pertinent questions prior to massage to better customize results.
Had a great massage with Michelle M. She listened carefully to my concerns and I was able to relax and enjoy the massage! Looking forward to making this a monthly experience!
Very clean yet relaxing environment, both especially important during covid. The desk was great about calling me to keep me updated about timing of my appointment.nnMarcus is an amazing massage therapist. You can reallt feel that he understands the muscles in a very therapeutic way.nnI have had many massages and other facilities, but I will definitely be returning to Hand and Stone.
