Cannot say enough good things about this place! I love my membership and am so glad the workers aren’t too pushy at up selling! I’ve had my membership for a few months now and have had some amazing experiences with two workers.nnNicole is my favorite esthetician! I’d highly recommend her to anyone and everyone! She explained every step and was VERY knowledgeable about skincare products. I booked my next appointment with her immediately after my facial because I was so happy with the outcome.nnI think everyone should get a massage from Nada at least once, if not every time. She really focused on my problem areas and used the perfect amount of pressure. I’ve gotten plenty of massages from this establishment, and other massage places but Nada definitely has a talent unlike any others!

My massage therapist, Zenaida, was EXCELLENT. One of the best, if not, the best massage I’ve received (I’ve been getting massages for 3 years and have visited tons of therapist and several locations). I booked a firm massage with Zenaida and that is exactly what I received. From the beginning, she took the time to warm up her hands prior to touching the bare body, which was appreciated. Throughout the entire massage, she continuously kept two hands on. You could easily tell she is a veteran and knew the anatomy of the muscles. She repositioned my arms when needed while she was working on my upper back so she could really get into those smaller muscles we forget about. I was extremely impressed with the quality of the massage and I already recommended her to others, especially those who are looking for a firm / deep massage. Aside from the massage therapist, the front desk was extremely helpful and kind. I had a few questions and they both simultaneously helped one another so they could answer my questions & provide prompt service. Thanks Zenaida & Massage Envy Shorewood front desk for a great experience.

Got a gift card from my fiance for our anniversary. Went twice both times Dawn was the amazing woman who took care of me very professional, kind and really has helped with my neck and back issues. Front desk gave me so much information about the membership! Definitely something to think of. I will highly recommend Dawn to anyone as I already have to my mother and sisters. Great place. Amazing staff super happy guest!!

I love everything about this place except wish I could get in without appointment. I'm impulsive and rarely plan ahead... so I dont hold it against them.
