When I went to see Laura I needed to relax and also help my body. After going back to the gym and working again I found my body sore. Laura's space is so relaxing and soothing. She is very knowledgeable and professional. I have been to her a few times now and always feel better leaving her table. Her online booking is easy and I can customize my experience before hand with any additional add ons I need that day! She has used cups on me and I love them. She is very passionate about what she does and it shows.

I absolutely recommend The Body Mechanic Massage & Bodywork! The space is amazing! It is super relaxing and extremely comfortable! I love the soft music and the sweet smell of candles & essential oils! It honestly has an amazing vibe ✨✨nLaura is professional, knowledgeable, warm and welcoming. Her massages are fantastic!! She finds the knots and works them out leaving you feeling amazing!! She also offers her expertise on certain stretches that will help you as well. The whole experience is wonderful!! She loves what she does and it definitely shows!! I would highly recommend Laura to anyone looking for a massage!! Plainfield is extremely lucky to have her!!

Love Laura!! I’ve never had a massage therapist that actually helped fixed my back issues before! Not only is she super relaxing and professional, she sits you down and pinpoints the areas of pain you’re in, and explains what her plan is for you in great detail. She also shows you how to take care of yourself in between visits, which has been amazing for me! Her room is super calming and she makes sure you’re comfortable the entire time. I’ve recommended so many people to her, she is fabulous!
