Easy access close to highway, secure location as well
They are a very fair company. I also had to move to a different storage unit because some company put a trailer in front of my storage unit, they let me move to another open unit because I have my boat there and its pretty big, so I needed the extra room to pull it out, so that's why I moved, not because of them. Because I needed more space to pull my boat out. They were nice to let me do this with no problem. Great company
I pay for my own snow plow person to clear my side of the lot. Otherwise I'm told by law --they only have to have a small walking path in front of the unit. I use my 4 storage units for business purposes and Cube Smart is not accommodating. I will be moving my business this spring. When I call the General Manager Justin Francis to complain - he yells over me on the phone and I simply hang up. If you want a company to take your money and not allow you to get in and out of your unit -- then this is the place to go!
