Red Dot Storage just recently took over our account and their professionalism and personable demeanor strengthened my reason to continue in business with this company. While I initially was unaware of the activities taking their staff reached out through calls and email to make me aware and reassure me that I would continue receiving quality services and could look forward to some upgrades for more security. This is customer service.

This is my first time using a storage facility to store my items so I wasn't really sure which one to utilize being that there are so many facilities in the area... I was actually referred to Red dot by my sister (who has used tons of different places) and she has been very pleased with Red dot to say the least. I've been with them about 7 months now and I would not even consider switching because I have been very pleased myself. The units are clean and the whole area is well kept. I left one of my TVs in there for a few months and I was nervous that it would have been ruined due to rain/snow so I went and got it out and there is nothing wrong :-) I would recommend this place to anyone and the prices are reasonable as well.

For the money this is a good choice. It is right off the main road which is convenient. Customer service is easy to get a hold of. And, you can reserve your unit at a kiosk on site which is nice. The thing that could be better is to have newer units and doors but that would require higher prices so the trade off of lower prices is fine with me.

I grew up in Rockford but now live out of state. I had to come back to town to help clean out a family member's house and we wanted to keep a bunch of the furniture and didn't want to transport it out of state until we know what we want to do with it. I found Red Dot Storage online and was able to call and talk to someone about rates and was able to move-in the same day, which was nice as I had to get back home. Their billing is very easy and I am able to pay online, and the access to my facility was also easy, which is nice since I don't live there and can't check on my unit very much.
