This location is closing, looks like their bad practices caught up with them.nnWanted to purchase a new dining room set we saw in the store. I like to get the best deal so I went home and shopped around and found that the deal art van had for the item was decent with other company's. I then contacted their sales team with getting the best price for the item. They quoted me $1029.66 with tax and delivery and said that was their best price for the item. I found that interesting because their website was much lower for that item witch I attached the image for the set at $730.64 without delivery. I sent this back to them and they then called me MR Gambler and proceeded to tell me that I was incorrect. This is classic bait and switch pricing. After that I walked away and I hope you do to. The price tag even in the store for the 5 piece set was only $599, but I guess the online sales associates just like giving horrible customer service and try and nickle and dime the same customers. Don't trust this store and make sure you price shop before buying.

They had me sign a contract saying no refund that my furniture would be done in 8 to 10 weeks. It took 22 weeks for them to get my future to me. They never called me the two times it was pushed back I had to go into the store to find out. Also, The management has poor people skills. When I ask to speak to them, they came called me but the wrong name. Next, then said “let’s look at your contract. Okay you agreed to no refund & 8 to 10 weeks so what’s the problem? It is only 9weeks your time is not up yet!” In a way that was to belittle me. No wonder they are going out of business one of the worst customer service and don’t hold their end up, yet except you to just accept it.

Fun fact: art van went out of business back in March. Looks like these guys are just trying to still make a buck off of unaware customers. Their website is not an official art van website. There's even a typo in the title of the homepage. Don't go here. Just rude people trying to take advantage of uninformed people. Do not go here.

We had bought a couch set back in September 2020. Was told 6-8 weeks for delivery. At the beginning of November I started calling them because I have no couches. They told me because of the pandemic everything is getting pushed back. Finally got the love seat mid December. Still calling the middle of January 2021 trying to find out where my couch is! Do not buy from them!!!
